A person, who desires to obtain any information under "The Right to Information Act 2005", shall make a request in writing to "The Public Information Officer" University of Madras, Chepauk, Chennai-600 005, accompanying the prescribed fee of Rs.10/- by demand draft drawn in favour of "The Registrar, University of Madras", specifying the particulars of the information sought by him or her.
